Ailing Yasmin Rashid shifted to Services Hospital from Kot Lakhpat Jail
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Dr Yasmin Rashid was shifted to the Services Hospital after she fell ill at the Kot Lakhpat Jail on Wednesday evening.
Jail sources said Dr Rashid fainted after her blood pressure shot up due to extreme heat in her cell.
She was immediately transported to the Services Hospital for medical assistance.
Dr Yasmin Rashid has been behind bars over charges of vandalism in the May 9 riots.
