PHC seeks details of cases against CM candidate for KP Assembly
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – The Peshawar High Court has approved the bail of Ali Amin Gandapur – who is nominated for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister - till March 19.
Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim and Justice Waqar Ahmed of the PHC heard the petitions about the cases against Gandapur.
During the hearing, the court ordered the authorities not to arrest the nominated KP CM in any case.
The court also sought the details of the cases against him.
