Child killed, three injured as PPP, MQM-P workers clash in Karachi

KARACHI (Dunya News) – A child died and three other people suffered injuries in a clash between Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) workers.
The incident occurred in New Karachi Sector 11-J area during the election campaign. Charged workers of the PPP and MQM-P exchanged harsh words which resulted in a clash. A child died and three people were injured in the scuffle and firing.
The workers of both parties raised slogan against each other. The injured were shifted to hospital.
A contingent of police and Rangers reached the spot and brought the situation under control.
