KARACHI (Web Desk) - The Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has unveiled its manifesto titled 'Public Economic Contract' (Awami Muashi Muaida) and slogan of 'Choose New Thought' (Chuno Nai Soch ko).

According to the manifesto, the party aims to increase the wages of daily wage workers, establish green energy parks, and universities in every district.

The PPP has included initiatives to address climate change in its manifesto.

 

The party has also launched a website named 'voteteer,' featuring the arrow, the electoral symbol of the PPP, for the upcoming 2024 elections. The website includes the party's manifesto for voters to review.

Chairman of the PPP, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, took to X platform to share updates about the party's manifesto and its plans if elected in the Feb 8 polls.

Bilawal claims that the PPP is the sole party with solutions to the various crises facing Pakistan, such as inflation, poverty, and unemployment.

It is noteworthy that the leading political party, Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz, also launched its manifesto on the same day. Both parties have criticized each other for not launching their manifestos earlier and have been making significant claims about rescuing Pakistan from its crises.
