PTI founder, Qureshi to be indicted in May 9 riots cases on Feb 6

RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – The anti-terrorism court (ATC) has fixed the date of Feb 6 for PTI founder and Shah Mahmood Qureshi's indictment in May 9 riots case.

ATC judge Malik Ijaz Asif heard the case in Adiala Jail against PTI founder and Shah Mahmood Qureshi. The court fixed Feb 6 for indictment of the two leaders. The court provided copies to both PTI founder and Shah Mahmood.
The court adjourned the hearing till Feb 6.

It merits mention that 12 cases have been registered against the PTI founder and six cases against Shah Mahmood for their alleged involvement in May 9 riots.
However, both have filed bail appeals.
PTI founder and party leaders have been arrested and indicted in alleged involvement in incidents of attacking the state properties and military installations.
