Jamshed, Musarrat Cheema granted permission to contest Feb 8 polls
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Former PTI leaders Jamshed Iqbal Cheema and Musarrat Cheema have been granted permission to participate in the upcoming elections.
The Appellate Tribunal overturned the Returning Officer's decision to dismiss the nomination papers of these candidates, who had submitted papers for NA-121 and PP-153.

Notably, both the husband and wife faced allegations of being absconders.
It is to be recalled that two prominent Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders, Jamshed Cheema and his wife Musarrat Cheema, had quit party membership and all positions post 9/5 scenario.
