ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Caretaker Federal Minister for Finance Dr Shamshad Akhtar on Saturday held a meeting with Moroccan Minister for Trade and Industry Ryad Mezzour during her visit to Morocco.
During the meeting, they discussed economic partnerships and cooperation in various fields. Both of them also expressed their mutual determination to strengthen their collaboration.
It's important to note that sideline meetings of the finance minister are going on during the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
Additionally, during her visit to Morocco, Finance Minister Dr Shamshad Akhtar participated in an event discussing the IMF assistance programme, where she emphasised the need for cooperation between international financial institutions and governments.
