A mini-truck was on its way when it hit a roadside barricade
LIAQATPUR (Dunya News) – Two passengers were killed in a road accident on M-5 Motorway, rescue sources said.
According to the rescue officials, a mini-truck was on its way when it met the deadly accident.
Describing the detail of the accident, they said the vehicle’s driver fell asleep during the journey. As a result, the truck went off the highway and hit a roadside barricade, killing two passengers on the spot.
Rescuers were alerted about the accident, who reached the spot and launched their rescue operation.
Those injured in the accident were admitted to a nearby hospital whereas dead bodies were sent to morgue.
Police are looking into the matter.
