DERA ISMAIL KHAN (Web Desk) - Police on Thursday night raided the house of PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur to arrest him but he was not found.

According to police, the house was raided after midnight.

Police claimed to have found flood relief and coronavirus relief items and found bags of slingshots and sticks.

Police said Gandapur had written a letter to the caretaker chief minister a few days ago and alleged that the force personnel took away his belongings.

Gandapur was released from the Sukkur central jail in May after being granted bail.

Gandapur, the former federal minister for Kashmir Affair and Gilgit-Baltistan, was wanted by the Rawalpindi police in a criminal case registered against him with the Naseerabad police on March 19 last.
