Xi Jinping resolves to expand bilateral relations between Pakistan, China
BEIJING (Dunya News) – Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Wednesday that the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was important for the revival of the Pakistan's economy.
In a special message on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of CPEC, Xi Jinping said, "China stands by Pakistan despite the changes in the global background.
He stated: "With the launch of the CPEC project in 2013, both China and Pakistan had a number of goals for bilateral development".
"The CPEC project is a key symbol of the strong and enduring friendship between Pakistan and China, Xi Jinping maintained.

Xi Jinping expressed his resolve to maintain the high standards of the CPEC project and expand bilateral relations between the two countries.
Separately on Monday, Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng expressed his determination to further develop relations between the two friendly countries.
Lifeng stressed the need for increasing cooperation in the fields of industries, culture, and health.
"China is committed to increasing investment in various sectors in Pakistan," Lifeng maintained.
