Nine million people helped through BISP: Faisal Karim Kundi
MARDAN (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Faisal Karim Kundi said on Saturday his party's position was that elections should be held within 60 days.
Addressing a public gathering, Kundi asserted: "Nine million people are being helped through the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). Under the BISP, poor families are provided Rs 9,000 each".
He recounted the role played by the PPP leadership, saying, "The party is having a rich history of sacrifices for the sake of the country".
"The PPP leadership and workers had always opposed politics based on lies", maintained Kundi.
