Ch Wajahat's son Hussain Elahi quits PTI, rejoins PML-Q

LONDON (Dunya News) – PTI leader Chaudhry Hussain Elahi on Wednesday announced leaving the party and returned to his parent-party PML-Q.
Addressing a press conference, he said his father Wajahat Hussain had returned to the PML-Q after May 9 violence, adding that he was obedient to his father’s decisions. “Whatever happened on May 9 is unforgettable and unforgivable,” he added.
He said they [he and his father] had taken decisions that proved wrong with time, adding that he would seek his elders’ guidance for future.
Answering a question on whether he took the decision under pressure, he said he did as as his father did, adding that he had been the MNA from PML-Q till now.
Upon being asked about Parvez Elahi’s return to the PML-Q, he said he had no idea about Mr Parvez and his son Moonis. "I shall move forward with his father’s guidance," he added.
