Rally held to protest against G20 session in occupied Kashmir

Former AJK premier Sardar Tanvir Ilyas presides over rally

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former Prime Minister Sardar Tanvir Ilyas presided over a rally to mark protest against India’s decision to hold G20 session in the Indian occupied Kashmir.

The rally consisted of many cars that marched from F-8 to Serena Chowk and Mr Ilyas presented documents to the United Nations observers urging them to implement resolutions.

Former AJK premier said Indian government had been oppressing Kashmiris for decades with the so-called democracies of the world not doing enough to pressurise India to stop oppression.

Mr Ilyas said resilience shown by Kashmiris was unmatched with any other nation and brotherly nations always supported its rightful demand adding the recent decision by China, Turkiye, Saudi Arabia and Egypt to boycott G20 moot in the occupied valley was a testament to this fact.
