ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Spokesperson Hafiz Hamdullah on Thursday demanded that President Arif Alvi prove his allegiance as the commander-in-chief of the three armed forces, rather than serving as Imran Khan's security chief.

In a statement, Hafiz Hamdullah emphasised that President Alvi must address his position before engaging in discussions. The spokesperson questioned whether the president condemns the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's (PTI) role in the country's destruction and terrorism on May 9.

The PDM spokesperson further stressed the need for President Alvi to clarify his loyalty—to Pakistan or Imran Khan. He urged the president to confirm whether Mr Alvi prioritises his role as the president of Pakistan or as a staunch supporter of Imran Khan, and referred him as the "tiger of Zaman Park."
