PTI failed to pay the required fee for the petition
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday returned a plea by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party, requesting elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province, citing objections and incompleteness of the document.
According to the Registrar's Office of the Supreme Court, PTI failed to pay the required fee for the petition submitted for KP elections.
Additionally, the plea lacked adequate reasoning for the constitutional request and had unclear pages, leading to its rejection.
As a result of the objections, the registrar's office returned the PTI's petition for elections in KP province
