No direct involvement of army in Karachi operation: sources

Sources said that army will not be involved directly in the ongoing Karachi operation.

According to sources, the government has decided not to use army in the ongoing operation to restore law and order situation in Karachi.The sources said that army has all the information about target killers, ‘Bhatta mafia’, land mafia and under world. Army will provide this list to civil administration and paramilitary forces who will take action against them.“It is decided that no pressure will be accepted during operation against criminals and target killers” the sources said.Army will also investigate about those elements who are directly or indirectly involved in helping the criminals.
