Consultation process on caretaker Punjab CM can last three days: Malik Ahmad Khan
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Malik Ahmad Khan said on Wednesday the consultation process on the election of caretaker Punjab chief minister could continue for three days.
Speaking exclusively on the Dunya News’ talk show "Nuqta e Nazar," Mr Khan said, "For the post of caretaker Punjab chief minister, we finalised two credible names." He slammed PTI senior leader Fawad Chaudhry for "talking incorrectly about the names" that the PML-N had finalized. Speaking on Ahad Cheema, Mr Khan lamented he [Ahad Cheema] had to face injustice for three years.
Regarding the return of PML-N senior vice president Maryam Nawaz, Mr Khan said, "Maryam Nawaz will return to the country first".
