ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Absence of the accused in former Pakistan Elctronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) chairman Absar Alam attack case in the court while the court was in session rendered them unpenalized.
Islamabad District and Sessions Court Judge Rifat Mehmood Khan heard the plea and issued non-bailable warrants for the accused Hammad Suleman and Rizwan Ali. Only four out of total six accused could be produced in the court. The court adjourned the hearing until Feb 4.
