LAHORE (Dunya News) – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) on Home Affairs Attaullah Tarar claimed that the ruling coalition would pull off a surprise during a vote of no-confidence against Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhry Parvez Elahi.
According to the PM s aide, secret voting would be held on a no-confidence motion against the speaker and the deputy speaker of the Punjab Assembly, and the opposition had the required number of votes to send them packing.
"The provincial number game is very interesting but we are fully prepared, and the PTI-PML-Q alliance will be in for a surprise," he added.
