One killed, 13 injured in Quetta blast
QUETTA (Dunya News) – At least one person was killed and 13 others sustained injuries in an explosion in Balochistan province’s capital Quetta’s Sabzal Road on Friday.
As per the details garnered, the explosion occurred in Pod Gali Chowk on Quetta’s Sabzal Road.
According to the police, soon after the explosion, police and rescue teams reached the spot and cordoned off the area.
The injured people were rushed to civil hospital for medical assistance, while an emergency was also declared in the hospital to provide basic health care to the wounded people.
According to hospital administration, a dead body and 13 injured were brought to the hospital and a woman was among the injured.
Bomb disposal squad also reached the spot and launched probe into the incident.
