NDMA provides helicopter to put out fire on Margala hills
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) on Sunday provided helicopter on the instructions of the Prime Minister to put out the fire on Margala hills.
According to details, fire broke out on Margalla hills around Trail 3, Talhaar village and Trail 5. While more than 100 Capital Development Authority (CDA) personnel were involved in putting out the fire.
Pakistan Army helicopter have also been involved in extinguishing fire. Water is being dropped from army helicopters by bombing buckets.
According to CDA, the fire has been brought under control around Trail 3 and Talhaar village while work is underway to control the fire around Trail 5.
