Mari discovers hydrocarbons at Bannu West block
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Mari Petroleum Company Ltd (MPCL) on Wednesday announced a new hydrocarbons discovery in Bannu West block located in North Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the details, the discovery includes gas and condensate with a flow of 25MMCFD and 300bpd, respectively.
It is pertinent to mention that MPCL is the operator of Bannu West Block with working interest of 55% whereas Oil & Gas Development Company (OGDC) has a stake of 35% and Zaver Petroleum Corporation limited has 10% stake in the said block.
