Court rejects all three petitions of accused Zahir Jaffar

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A court on Monday rejected all three petitions filed by accused Zahir Jaffar in case pertaining to the murder of Noor Muqaddam.

Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani heard the three petitions filed by the accused Zahir Jaffar in which it was stated that the investigating officer had not properly mapped the scene.

Additional Sessions Judge Ata Rabbani announced the reserved verdict wherein a plea against IG Islamabad Ahsan Younas, a request by the investigating officer to visit the crime scene and another plea to know the owner of a mobile number were rejected.

The verdict was announced after lawyers completed their arguments before the court. Public Prosecutor Hassan Abbas also gave arguments in the case.
