Two terrorists killed in security forces operation in Datta Khel
A huge cache of arms and ammunition were recovered from the hideout
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Security forces on Tuesday conducted an anti-terror operation in Datta Khel of North Waziristan tribal district, killing two terrorists.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation near Datta Khel area of North Waziristan district about the presence of terrorists in a hideout.
"As soon as the troops cordoned (off) the area, terrorists opened fire to flee from the hideout. During operation, two terrorists (were) killed," the statement said.
A huge cache of arms, ammunition and improvised explosive devices were recovered from the hideout during the operation, the statement said.
