Fire erupts as transformer explodes in Shahdara
The blaze completely destroyed a car and four motorcycles.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Fire broke out when a transformer exploded in Shahdara, near provincial capital Lahore, on late Friday night, Dunya News reported.
According to sources, some parts of Shahdara plunged into darkness due to power supply disruption caused by the blaze. Rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and brought the fire under control.
Rescue sources said that no casualty was reported in the incident, however, four motorcycles and a car parked nearby were completely destroyed by the blaze.
