World is praising the facilitation role being played by our embassy in Kabul: Fawad
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain says Pakistan is in close contact with regional and international powers regarding the situation in Afghanistan.
In a video message today (Saturday), he said Pakistan’s role in peace and stability of Afghanistan is the most important.
Talking about formation of government in Afghanistan, he said it is the people of Afghanistan who have to form the government there. He said Pakistan will continue its efforts to bring peace and stability there.
Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said the world is praising the facilitation role being played by our embassy in Kabul.
He said Pakistan International Airlines facilitated evacuation of 1400 people from Kabul, including officials of IMF, World Bank, international journalists and people associated with different embassies. He said four thousand visas have so far been issued.
