Two children killed as fire breaks out in garbage bin near Karachi shrine
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Two children were killed after a fire broke out in a garbage bin lying adjacent to the shrine at Orangi Town New Mianwali Colony in Karachi on Saturday.
According to the details garnered, fire erupted in a rubbish bin and two children were killed while playing there. The bodies of the children were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.
The children were identified as 5-year-old Muhammad Shah and 4-year-old Muhammad Amir. A fire brigade vehicle reached the spot and extinguished the fire. However, the matter of fire is being investigated.
According to Karachi SSP West Suhai Aziz, the parents of the children had come to visit the shrine. The children were playing outside when a fire broke out.
