Coronavirus claims life of another doctor in KP
Pakistan has reported 95 deaths in the last 24 hours
PESHAWAR (Dunya news) – Coronavirus has claimed life of another doctor in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to provincial doctors association, Deputy Director Medical Ayub Medical Complex Dr. Ehsan contracted the virus while performing his duties in the same hospital and was admitted in medical facility from last three days.
The association further revealed that so far the deadly virus has claimed lives of at least 69 doctors in the province.
It is pertinent to mention here that Pakistan has reported 95 deaths in the last 24 hours by novel coronavirus as the number of positive cases has surged to 1,063,125. The nationwide tally of fatalities has jumped to 23,797 on Saturday.
According to the latest figures by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) 4,720 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 24 hours.
