Shehbaz, Hamza move court for interim bail in sugar scandal case
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The sessions court on Monday has approved interim bail of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Mian Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz in sugar scandal case.
According to details, additional session judge Syed Ali Abbas conducted hearing on the matter and sought report from Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in this regard.
The court has barred the authorities from arresting both the leaders till July 10.
Earlier, Shehbaz Sharif had decided to appear before the FIA on June 22 in sugar scandal case after consultation with their lawyers.
His son Hamza Shahbaz will also appear before the FIA on June 24.
The FIA had directed Shehbaz Sharif to come with the answers to all the questions.
