COVID-19 claims two more lives, infects 90 others in Balochistan
COVID Positivity Ratio in Balochistan was recorded at 6.34 percent on Wednesday.
QUETTA (Dunya News) - Coronavirus has claimed two more lives in Balochistan on Wednesday, bringing the total number of deaths from the virus to 273 in the province, Dunya News reported.
At least 90 more persons were tested positive for the deadly disease in the province in the last 24 hours, raising the total number of patients infected by the COVID-19 to 24,823 in the province.
According to a report released by the Balochistan Health Department, at least 782,593 people were screened for the virus till May 26, out of which 24,823 were reported positive and 90 in the last 24 hours.
Balochistan Health Department also informed that there are 1,049 active coronavirus cases in the province while 23,501 affected patients have been recovered from the coronavirus so far.
Furthermore, COVID Positivity Ratio on Wednesday was recorded at 6.34 percent in the province.
