Shehbaz did not request DG FIA for removal from blacklist: Fawad Ch
It is DG FIA's prerogative to put or remove a name from blacklist, said Fawad Chaudhry.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry said it is the prerogative of the Director General of the Federal Investigation Agency (DG FIA) to put or remove a name from blacklist.
Fawad Chaudhry took to Twitter on Saturday and said Shehbaz Sharif’s counsels have not submitted any application to the DG FIA for removal of their client’s name from blacklist citing the court order.
The federal minister said records are not changed by verbal orders only. He also announced to move court against the decision.
