PM Imran summons important meeting on issue of GSP Plus status
The meeting will be held at the Prime Minister office in Islamabad today (Monday).
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has summoned an important meeting to review European Parliament resolution against Pakistan which asks for a review of the country s GSP Plus (GSP+) status, Dunya News reported.
According to sources, the meeting will be held at the Prime Minister office in Islamabad today (Monday). Prime Minister Imran Khan will preside over the meeting.
Sources further said that the meeting will be attended by Foreign Minister, Commerce Minister, Religious Affairs Minister, Home Minister and other high ranking senior officials.
The meeting will review European Parliament resolution against Pakistan which asks for a review of Pakistan s GSP Plus status. The meeting is expected to take important decisions in the light of the European Parliament s resolution on Pakistan.
