Over 750,000 people received vaccine jabs in Punjab: Yasmin Rashid
Over 136,000 health workers have received their first dose in the province: Yasmin Rashid
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Punjab Health Minister Yasmin Rashid on Thursday announced that over 750,000 people have received dose of coronavirus vaccine in the province.
The provincial minister said that vaccination process of people aged above 60 is going one with a speedy pace in the province and people aged above 70 are being administered a single-dose vaccine.
Dr. Yasmin Rashid further said that over 136,000 health workers have received their first dose in the province followed by over 83,000 who had also received the second jab.
Similarly, the health minister said that over 390,000 elderly people had received their first vaccine dose while 90,000 had received the second jab also.
