110 doctors test positive for COVID-19 at Services Hospital Lahore
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Services Hospital Lahore is facing severe shortage of doctors after 110 doctors have been tested positive for Coronavirus in the past week.
With so many infected with the Coronavirus, there is a severe shortage of doctors at Services Hospital. In this situation, patients are also being severely affected.
All Corona-positive doctors have isolated themselves in hostels and homes. Sources said that the condition of 10 doctors is critical.
The Young Doctors Association Services Hospital has written a letter to the health department to take immediate action, saying that more than 100 doctors have been affected in a week, creating a severe shortage of medical staff.
The letter said there was a wave of fear among doctors working in other wards, including Corona. Hospital OPD should be restricted immediately.
The Young Doctors Association has also demanded the appointment of medical officers for Corona patients and immediate vaccination of all doctors.
