COAS, British High Commissioner discuss Afghan peace process
Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa thanked Britain for its cooperation in the fight against coronavirus.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – British High Commissioner Christian Turner on Friday held an important meeting with Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters pertaining to mutual interest, regional security and the Afghan peace process were discussed during the meeting.
The COAS on the occasion thanked the high commissioner for the United Kingdom’s assistance to Pakistan in the fight against COVID-19.
