Two killed in blast outside Commissioner's office in Quetta
QUETTA (Dunya News) - Two people were killed on Friday in an explosion in Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan.
According to details, the explosion took place in front of the commissioner’s office and resulted in the deaths of two people while three others were injured. The injured were swiftly transported to hospital for medical treatment.
Officials say the explosives were planted in a nearby car. After the blast, security personnel cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.
It may be recalled that two weeks ago in Quetta, two people were injured in a roadside bomb blast near Sariab road. The blast also shattered the windows of a nearby passenger bus.
