PM Imran Khan vowed to retrieve lands from the occupation of the mafias
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on Thursday has chaired a meeting of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) ministers and spokesmen in Islamabad.
During the meeting, Auqaf department has briefed the premier over the illegal occupation of lands.
On the occasion, PM Imran Khan vowed to retrieve lands from the mafias. He further assured to hold transparent and fair Senate elections.
Earlier, PM Imran Khan had said that Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) of opposition parties has practically ended.
While chairing a joint parliamentary party meeting of PTI and its allied parties, the premier said the opposition parties have tried their best but the people of Pakistan have rejected them.
PM Imran further said that complete inquiry into Hudaibiya Paper Mills will also be carried out.
On the other hand, the participants of the session discussed strategy for upcoming Senate elections.
Prime Minister also took the parliamentary party members into confidence regarding important decisions taken by the government.
