Sources said Pervez Elahi and CM Bazdar will adopt a strategy in Punjab through mutual consultation

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – With Senate elections just around the corner, Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday telephoned Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and assigned him and important task with Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.

According to sources, during the telephonic conversation, matters pertaining to Senate elections came under discussion and assigned him a task together with the Punjab chief minister.

Sources further said that Chaudhry Pervez Elahi and Usman Bazdar will adopt a strategy in Punjab through mutual consultation.

On the other hand, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi has been elected party president in the inter-party elections of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q), while Kamil Ali Agha has been elected General Secretary.
