Govt removes IG Islamabad Amir Zulfiqar from post
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The federal government has removed Inspector General (IG) Islamabad Amir Zulfiqar and appointed Qazi Jameel-ur-Rehman as new IG of Islamabad.
According to sources, Inspector General (IG) Islamabad Amir Zulfiqar has been transferred, Qazi Jameel-ur-Rehman has been appointed as the new IG in his place.
A notification of transfer of Amir Zulfiqar has also been issued. Earlier, Qazi Jameel-ur-Rehman was serving in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
