House catches fire after cylinder explosion in Lahore
Rescue sources said that residents of the house remained safe in the incident.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – A gas cylinder exploded in a house located in the densely populated Icchra area of Lahore on late Saturday night, Dunya News reported.
Fire broke out after the cylinder explosion which spread very quickly and engulfed the three-storey building of the house. Two fire brigade vehicle and rescue teams reached the spot and brought the fire under control.
Rescue sources said that residents of the house remained safe in the incident. However, household items and other valuables were destroyed by the blaze. Rescue sources also said that the cause of fire is not yet known.
