Govt constitutes 8-member ZTBL board
Nadeem Lodhi has been appointed as the chairman of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited Board of Directors.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Government has constituted an eight-member board of the Zarai Tarqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) on Wednesday, Dunya News reported,
The government has also appointed Nadeem Lodhi as the chairman of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) Board of Directors (BoD).
The Ministry of Finance has issued a notification for the formation of the board. Five members from the private sector have been included in the ZTBL board.
According to notification, Syed Javed, Zaigam Mahmood Rizvi and Haris M Chaudhry are among the board members. Hassan Ali is also part of the board as an independent member.
Independent members of the board were appointed for a period of three years. The Secretary National Food Security and the President Agricultural Development Bank are among the board members while Joint Secretary IF Ministry of Finance has also been added to the board.
