Security forces gunned down 10 terrorists in Awaran
The security forces during their operation completely destroyed the terrorists hideout
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Security forces on Tuesday gunned down at least 10 terrorists during an operation in Gawargo area of Awaran.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in District Awaran’s Gawargo area and on confirmation of terrorists.
Due to intense exchange of fire with terrorists during the operation, 10 terrorists were killed on the spot.
These terrorists were also involved in a firing incident on security forces which resulted in martyrdom of Lance Naik Iqbal on December 20 in Awaran.
The security forces during their operation completely destroyed the terrorists’ hideout including the logistic base while a large cache of arms, ammunition and communication equipment were seized from there.
