Javed Iqbal chairs NAB meeting of executive board

The NAB is strictly following the policy of 'accountability for all,' Javed Iqbal stressed.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal chaired a meeting of the executive board on Tuesday and approved to launch corruption inquiries against former chief ministers of Balochistan Dr. Abdul Malik and Sanaullah Zehri.

Corruption inquiries against former Members National Assembly (MNAs) from Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Mudassir Qayyum and Azhar Qayyum and Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Malik Saif ul Malook Khokhar were also approved.

The anti-graft body further approved to file corruption reference against Imran Ali Yousuf and others. The accountability bureau maintained that the suspects committed corruption worth 49 crore rupees by using official funds for personal benefits.
