Two Kashmiri sisters arrested by Indian army for inadvertently crossing LoC
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Indian Army has arrested two Kashmiri sisters who crossed the Line of Control (LoC) inadvertently.
A statement issued by the Foreign Office said that Sana Zubair and Laiba Zubair hail from Abbaspur area of Azad Kashmir.
The two sisters are currently in the custody of Occupied Kashmir Police, the statement said. Indian authorities have been contacted for the recovery of the two sisters.
Foreign Office spokesman Zahid Hafeez Chaudhry said the hopes are that the two Kashmiri sisters will return to Azad Kashmir tomorrow.
