Residents attack anti-encroachment officials in Karachi
Residents broke screens of KMC vehicles after stoning them.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Residents of Karachi’s Manzoor Colony attacked the officials of anti-encroachment department and broke screens of the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) vehicles after stoning them.
The incident occurred at Manzoor Colony Fire Station and cars of citizens were also damaged as the administration tried to remove encroachments at nullah.
The KMC staff had to retreat after attack by violent protesters and additional personnel were summoned. Officials, policemen and civilians were injured in the clash.
