LHC fixes NAB's plea against Rana Sanaullah's bail for hearing

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday has fixed the plea of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against the bail of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah for hearing.

 

According to details, a two-member bench headed by Justice Sardar Ahmed Naeem will conduct proceedings on the matter.

 

The anti-corruption watchdog has adopted the stance that Rana Sanaullah is misusing his bail by destroying the evidences and proofs.

On the other hand, NAB Lahore has summoned PML-N leader on Tuesday along with all the record for interrogation in assets beyond income case.

It is to be mentioned here that Rana Sanaullah is on bail till March 25 in assets beyond income case.
