PM to take allied parties into confidence over PDM, current political situation

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to take his political allies into confidence over Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM)’s anti-government movement and the country’s current political situation.

According to sources, the PM will host a luncheon with allied party members in this regard on Thursday, for which invitations have already been sent to party leaders.

The meeting will discuss strategies to counter PDM’s movement against the government. Chairman Awami Muslim League Sheikh Rashid will represent his party in the meeting while federal minister Aminul Haque will represent Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM).

Representing Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) will be Fehmida Mirza and the attendance of Zubaida Jalal, who was to represent Balochistan Awami Party (BAP), is in doubt.
