LHC chief justice orders civil courts to conduct hearing of cases filed before 2017 on daily basis

A notification has been issued barring unnecessary holidays of judges of lower courts.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Muhammad Qasim Khan has on Monday ordered the civil courts to conduct hearing of cases filed before 2017 on daily basis.

A notification has been issued barring unnecessary holidays of judges of lower courts in order to wind up cases quickly. It has been ordered to wrap up cases pertaining to stay order pending for over six months in fifteen days.

Furthermore, Muhammad Qasim Khan has directed to conclude cases of family, guardian and succession certificates in three months.
