NAB recovers plundered money worth Rs 35 billion in Sindh

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) recovered plundered money worth Rs 35 billion in Sindh in two years and the amount has been handed over to the provincial government.

Officials of the Sindh government, political figures and contractors confessed to committing corruption. It has been learnt that the anti-corruption watchdog recovered Rs 23 billion in fake accounts cases and Rs 10 billion in sugar corruption case.

Furthermore, Rs 1.27 billion were recovered in PSO corruption case one billion rupees in reference against Manzoor Qadir Kaka – former director general Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA).
