Ayaz Sadiq tried to make Pakistan's victory controversial: Shahbaz Gill
The opposition's statements are destructive for national sovereignty, Shahbaz Gill said.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Political Communication Dr Shahbaz Gill on Friday said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Ayaz Sadiq’s statement was not right as he tried to make Pakistan’s victory controversial.
The SAPM held a news conference and said Ayaz Sadiq even gave his clarification statement in a wrong manner. The opposition’s statements are destructive for national sovereignty, Shahbaz Gill said.
“Who is Ayaz Sadiq to take decision regarding Abhinandan’s release? The federal government is responsible for taking decisions and the opposition was only informed that the Indian pilot was being freed.
“Anti-Pakistan narrative is shared bravely on the parliament’s floor and Ayaz Sadiq’s statement was aired on Indian media. Pakistan would not have shot down two Indian jets if the leadership was scared.
“Was Ayaz Sadiq sitting in feet that he knows about shaking of legs? Why don’t you leave your habit of holding feet? Were you standing with handkerchief that you know Prime Minister Imran Khan was sweating?”
